It is one of the most important triathlon races held in our country. Triathlon in Spetses, apart from the Sprint Distances (750mμ. swimming, 25 km cycling, 5 km running) and Endurance (1.500 m. swimming, 50 km cycling, 10 km running), includes a swimming race of 1.000m and the cycling tour of Spetses on the previous day.
With two running races 5 and 26 km, two swimming races 2.5 and 5 kilometers (Spetses Crossing) and the kids race of 1000 meters as well as several cultural festivities, Spetses mini Marathon will offer an unforgettable experience to the visitors.

Plenty of visitors, Greeks and foreigners, come to Spetses every September to attend the bright festive activities «Armata», which last a week and are organized in the memory of the naval battle of Spetses. The festive schedule includes painting exhibitions, music-dance events (concerts, choirs, traditional dancing and music groups, etc.), theatrical plays, cannon fires and more. On the second Saturday of September, a representation of the historical naval battle takes place with the burning of a model of the Turkish flag ship and a narration of the historical events which culminate in a firework display.
